Abstract: The peculiarities of financial resources formation in the conditions of unstable economy are investigated in the article. The structure of financial resources of Ukrainian enterprises and the financial results of their activity in recent years are analyzed. The share of unprofitable enterprises is determined and the reason for their ineffective activity is analyzed. Proposed ways to improve the formation and use of financial resources
