Innovative methods of project management

Abstract: In the article the essence of the project activities. The features and disadvantages of the classic cascade project management model are highlighted. The description of innovative project management methods is given: Scrum, Agile, Lean, Kanban. Their essence, advantages and peculiarities of use are given. Priorities are offered when choosing a particular method of project management, in particular in a particular industry, in accordance with the requirements of the client, team and available resources of the enterprise
