Human capital as a factor of social and economic development of the region

Abstract: The article examines the main aspects of the formation of human capital as one of the social and economic factors in the development of regions. The main directions that will improve the level of formation of the region’s human capital are analyzed, and the prospects for their further development and implementation in the organization are considered. The analysis of such concepts as «human capital» and «fixed capital» is carried out, the relationship between these concepts is revealed.
