Certification system for professional participants in the securities market in modern Russia

Abstract: The article reveals the basics of certification of financial market specialists. The functions of the Bank of Russia as a key regulator of the certification system are presented, a list of accredited organizations that certify financial market specialists is presented. The main changes in the legal framework governing the certification of financial market specialists are revealed. The conclusion is made about the need to improve the system of certification of professional securities markets in modern Russia and to strengthen the role of the Bank of Russia in this process.
