Abstract:
The activities of economic entities in modern market conditions necessitate the formation of an organizational structure of enterprise management that can meet the goals and objectives of the company, as well as meet the challenges of internal and external factors. The relevance of the consideration of theoretical approaches to the formation of the organizational structure of enterprise management is due to the importance of the separation of powers of the company’s personnel for the organized interaction of management bodies and the distribution of job responsibilities among employees. The formation of the organizational structure of enterprise management is carried out with the aim of sustainable ordering of the set of interrelated components that ensure the functioning and operation of the enterprise as a single well–functioning mechanism. Organizational management structures are created at enterprises in order to coordinate and monitor the activities of all services of the enterprise and its personnel.
