Practice and prospects of remote and hybrid work models in modern companies

Abstract: The research of remote and hybrid formats of employees’ work in modern companies is carried out, advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The influence of different work formats on personnel involvement is considered. The tendencies of introduction of different work formats in Russian and Western companies are described. It’s analyzed the company’s decision–making transition from full–time work from office to a hybrid one.
