Abstract:
The article discusses the main trends in developing the domestic market of disposable tableware, and substantiates the need for various changes. A model of integrated change management, reflecting the relationship between strategic, technological and cultural changes, is proposed. The author has developed a system of indicators for conducting HR-benchmarking. Based on their analysis, a set of measures will be developed to implement organizational changes.
