Advanced foreign experience in the management of adaptive physical culture

Abstract: The article examines the experience of foreign countries in the field of management, financing and implementation of programs for adaptive physical culture (AFC). The influence of state and executive authorities on attracting people with disabilities to systematic physical education is emphasized, mechanisms of budgetary and extra-budgetary funding are revealed. In conclusion, the article provides suggestions for borrowing positive approaches from the experience of foreign countries regarding the managementof the AFKin order to optimize them to Russian reality.
