Abstract:
For the past 6 years, the law has given the right to credit organizations to deny customers to perform settlement operations in the event that bank employees suspect that they are held in order to legalize criminal proceeds. At present, this right has been transformed into a duty to deny everyone who causes any suspicion of possible money laundering. However, recent changes in legislation may allow to exclude cases of unlawful refusals.
