Scientific notes of the Russian academy of entrepreneurship, vol. 20, issue 2

Abstract: The subject of the study is the relationship between operational activity, business modeling and the competitiveness of the organization. As a result of the research, it is shown that business modeling as a modern technology for managing operational activities allows us to identify competitive advantages and the degree of their activity. The proposed version of the business model can be used as a tool that allows the operating director of a production company to see competitive advantages in all business functions of operating activities and form a value proposition for customers, taking into account all their expectations and needs.
