Abstract: In this article, the authors analyze the development of mass sports in the 14 largest cities in the world, as well as the state and problems of the development of mass sports in Moscow. Based on the analysis of the best foreign practices, some conceptual suggestions are acceptable according to the authors for productive sports and sports work in the community with workers in the city of Moscow.
