Abstract: The article analyzes the current state of the forensic expert economic trends and identified the preconditions necessary for the formulation of the theoretical foundations of financial analysis expert studies. The structure of the methodology and the contentofits basic elements. Proposed effective forms of interaction of the initiator of the appointment of forensic expert studies and expert divisions.
