Abstract: The article presents the socio-economic environment conducive to the development of entrepreneurship in the budget(municipal) sports organizations. In this connection, the rationale for increasing the level of professional competence in the field ofentrepreneurship, economics, management and marketing, and optimize personal qualities of managers of sports schools to the internal environment of the organization. Presents the results of a comparative analysis of the management of sports schools, which carried out successful and unsuccessful managers also offer a conceptual motivational coaching staff for a productive career.
