Abstract: This article presents the author's method of«threshold values», which you can use to evaluate the potential competitiveness of domestic innovative business structures and compare it with the similar indicator of competitor companies, especially international companies. Also, the study provides a model of the structure factors of competitiveness of Russian innovative business structures, the use of practice which can enable these organizations to become more competitive in the global market.
