On the question of mobilizing their own tax sources of local budgets

Abstract: The article considers the main trends in the distribution of intergovernmental transfers in the budget system of the Russian Federation at the present stage. The necessity to increase their own revenues of municipal budgets by optimizing sources of tax revenue. Presented by the development of municipalities, possible with sufficient security municipalities own financial resources. Analyzed the actual state of financial relations between public authorities and local governments.
