Abstract: This article is based on results of the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency. Contains short descriptions of the main directions of the state power policy, and also the description of specific objectives which performance promotes increase of energy efficiency of economy of the Russian Federation.
