Abstract:
In the article problems and questions of improvement of consumer crediting in the country taking into account financially-an economic crisis are considered in the recent years. Offers and recommendations about the decision by consumer crediting of social economic problems of the population, to depreciation of the credit resources provided to borrowers, development and realization of new credit products and sales are provided. The attention to formation cross-country - products is paid, to improvement of technologies cross-country - sales, to transfer on the client - the focused strategy, automation of processes at implementation of bank activity at consumer crediting.
