Abstract: In terms of what is happening in Russia's economic transformation, there is an urgent need for creating a stable insurance market, contributing to the implementation of General social problems and challenges to protect citizens and organizations from the occurrence of adverse effects. For this purpose, the state authorized bodies, the authorities carried out a special kind of activity - regulation of the insurance business.
