Abstract: The article discusses various aspects of social stratification in the Russian society. Shows the features of the stratification system of Russia. Shows the classification of the social structure of Russian society. The classification of the factors influencing the differentiation of incomes of the Russian population. Considers the problem of contingent labor and alienation of employees through the system of taxation of physical persons, as inequality trends in socio-labor relations. The directions of regulation of social inequality in contemporary Russia.
