Abstract:
The important meaning during the economy diversification process in the old-industrial regions performs attraction and development oi the economy modern sectors by a complement cluster policy management. Clusters supported by the state and supranational agencies are formed on the resources basis that available in the old-industrial regions. Therefore, the author researches the industries evolution process during the modernization of the old-industrial regions.
