New tools and their impact on the credit policy of the banking system

Abstract: Today one of the most urgent problems of the domestic banking system is its low diversification due to the high share of state participation in the capital of the largest credit institutions. In this connection, the key objective of monetary policy of the state should be aimed at reducing the state's share in the total banking capital, which necessitates the development of its new tools.
