Abstract:
Despite the fact that Russian law is well-designed in generally the jurisprudence of recent years reveals a number of significant issues and systemic problems in the field of the application of procedural and substantive law in the disputes about the early termination of legal protection of a trademark due to its non-use. The legal regulation of use of the trademark and the consequences of non-use should be implemented at the legislative level and at the level of departmental regulatory legal acts continuously to meet modern challenges, economic realities and emerging trends.
