Abstract:
The adverse environmental factors and the deterioration in the quality of food production of animal origin jeopardizes the principles of sustainable human development and human health. The earth is heating up rapidly, glaciers are melting and populations of flora and fauna are dying out. Every year more and more people are switching to vegetable diets, andsomeone just does not digest animal products. The paper conducted a comparative analysis of the five mostcommon types of vegetable milk with cow's milk, formulatedproposals for the development of vegetable milk production on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union and proposed a classification of the most promising varieties of sweet almond.
