Abstract: In the article the factors influencing forming of territorial systems in the conditions of upgrade of economy and development of scientific and technical progress are considered. Interrelations of social and territorial factors with development of cross-industry and territorial forms of production organization, value of an urbanization in forming of territorial structure and providing a certain standard of activity in the rural territories are discussed.
