Abstract: The article provides a definition of innovation cluster based on the specifics of innovation and entrepreneurial sphere. The classification of innovation clusters. The features of interaction of participants of innovation clusters created natural-evolutionary, at different stages of the life cycle of clusters themselves and life-cycle basis and system innovation. A general model of participants in the innovation cluster.
