Implementation of changes in organizations: instrumentarium, potential problems and solutions

Abstract: The article deals with the common problems faced by the organizations when they implement the various types of changes. It gives the organizational aspects of carrying out of changes on the basis of usage of project and matrix structures. Special attention is paid to the resistance at various management levels, operational problems that occurs during it are also described.
