Abstract: Examines the influence of demographic factors and labour migration on labour resources of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Analyzed the ratio of the main age groups of the population, forecast changes in the population of working age and demographic burden, evolution of the rate of migration growth, migration growth (decrease) of the Republic of the threads. Labour migration is characterized as a factor of sustainable economic growth, the need to develop sound government migration policy in the conditions of globalization and integration. The main tendencies, peculiarities of development, costs and benefits of labour migration.
