Abstract: Imperfection of the legal framework of financial control in the public Finance of Russia defines notonly the problems but also the main directions of development, in particular in the direction of improving the legal framework, competition, the regulatory authorities. The article considers the directions of changes both at the level of the whole country, and at the level of internal financial control.
