Abstract: The publication discloses the results of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the regional system of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector of the Republic of Dagestan. The directions of increasing the efficiency of the regional system of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector through the use of the prospects of territories of special economic development and programs of state and regional regulation and financial support are considered.
