Features of small forms of entrepreneurship activity in a services sector

Abstract: In article features of small forms of business activity in a services sector are considered. At the beginning ofarticle the role of small enterprises in development ofa services sector is investigated. It is noted that small enterprises are of great importance in creation of new jobs. It is specified that small enterprises are indicators of state of the economy of the country, increasing in quantitative expression during rise and decreasing during recession. In work the concept «small business» from the economic and legal point of view is analysed. The conclusion is drawn that for numerical accounting of small enterprises it is necessary to use legal approach to this concept. Within article dynamics of number of small enterprises is tracked, it is revealed that the lion's share is made by the organizations of a services sector. It is revealed that small enterprises of a services sector choose such legal forms of business as the individual entrepreneur and limited liability company, the reasons for which these forms have found great popularity at businessmen in a services sector are designated. Besides, in work the attention is focused that the small service organizations in the majority use services of the outsourcing and autstaffingovy companies. It is noted that in addition the directcontact of the performer of service with the client puts into dependence small enterprise on degree of satisfaction of the consumer with process of rendering service, therefore, maintaining reputation of small enterprise of a services sector by means of the fullest satisfaction of needs of the client is the key purpose of functioning of the organization of a services sector.
