Abstract: In the article the existing shortcomings and necessary conditions of stimulation of investmentactivity of depressive regions are considered. Possible ways of financial security which promote regional economic growth are revealed and it is established subjects of managing of the certain region four areas of depressiveness. The main directions of implementation of the program of support of depressive regions are defined.
