Abstract: In the article questions and problems of providing with available and acceptable financial (credit) resources (means) of entrepreneurs and enterprise structures, dynamics of the key interest rates established by the regulator, the interest(credit) rates offered by banks when granting the credits (loans) are considered and analyzed. Offers on optimization of number of banks are reflected and provided in the country, their territorial (regional) placement(dislocation) in the country for the purpose of increase in stability and reliability of functioning of a banking system of the country.
