Abstract: Goals/objectives. On the basis of the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience in the development of pedagogical problems to explore the formation of motivation for innovation of future professionals. Conclusions/relevance. Russia in 1993 moved to new market economic relations, which led to changes in the political, social, spiritual and educational spheres of our society, which indicates the globality of the events. Changes in the economic system of the country required new competence and skills. The economic growth and well-being of any country depends to a large extent(or critically) on the level of education of its citizens and their participation in public, economic and social Affairs. Education as a social function reflects changes in society. In this regard, Russia has recently increased investment in science, education and professional competence development of the workforce. Application. The findings and results of the study can be used in the further development of the formation of motivation for innovation in future professionals.
