Improving the efficiency of regional machine-building complexes using crisis management tools

Abstract: In the article the model for improving the effectiveness of regional machine-building complexes using crisis management tools was developed. The concept of «tails and heads» was proposed, according to which the best result in the field of restoring solvency and financial stability of a machine-building enterprise will be ensured when innovations are implemented at the initial and final stages of a crisis situation.
