Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the foreign experience in the development of financial marketplaces, as fundamental drivers in the process of market digitalization, the current Russian market is considered. Based on the data obtained, options were proposed for the implementation of marketplace data in the modern realities of the Russian market. The purpose of the study is to indicate the need for legal regulation, increase the financial literacy of the population.
