Identification and assessment of information risks of the organization in the conditions of a trade secret

Abstract: The authors state the high degree of importance of information as a factor in the development of the organization. It is proved that in relation to certain types of information resources, confidentiality is a key condition of information and economic security. It is shown that an effective tool for minimizing information risks and preventing economic damage is the trade secret regime. Special attention is paid to the problem of reducing information risks at the stage of developing a list of information constituting a trade secret. Methodical aspects of diagnostics and assessment of information risks in the conditions of the trade secret regime are studied.
