Abstract: This study explores the effect of stakeholder engagement on project success at Trident Foundation Limited (TFL) in Kalumbila, Zambia. TFL implements community development initiatives that depend heavily on active stakeholder participation to ensure sustainability and long‑term impact. The findings indicate that effective stakeholder engagement strengthens project planning, transparency, sustainability, and community trust. However, the study also identified challenges such as conflicting expectations among stakeholders and limited awareness of project objectives. The research recommends strengthening communication strategies, conducting regular consultations, investing in stakeholder capacity building, and implementing structured stakeholder mapping to enhance project outcomes and sustainability.
