Abstract: This study assessed the influence of employees’ on-the-job training programs on organizational performance within the Fire and Rescue Force Department in Dodoma, Tanzania. A cross-sectional survey design was used to collect primary and secondary data through questionnaires and organizational documents. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods and linear regression analysis. Findings indicate that technical skills training, job rotation, and workshops and seminars significantly improve organizational performance, while mentoring and coaching showed limited influence. The study highlights the importance of structured training frameworks to enhance institutional effectiveness and employee performance.
