Abstract:
This study investigates the intertwined relationships between dynamic organizational capabilities, namely organizational agility, organizational creativity, and organizational learning, and their impact on business performance in an emerging economy context. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from a sample of 180 industrial companies operating in Tunisia. The findings confirm the existence of positive and bidirectional relationships among organizational agility, creativity, and learning, demonstrating that these capabilities mutually reinforce one another. The results further show that business performance is positively influenced by these dynamic capabilities, suggesting that firms seeking to enhance performance should develop agile, creative, and learning-oriented organizational systems.
