Abstract:
Micro companies of the migrant women in France develop in a considerable way. Several factors(mailmen) explain this phenomenon : The need of autonomy of these women and the double discrimination victims of which they say to themselves on the labor market. However in this process of begun creations of microphone(microcomputing), two essential factors(mailmen) intervene, namely : The psycho-cultural aspects ; The sociocultural aspects. So our study joins to understand (include) the activities which contain micro companies of these migrants by clarifying their identities and their motivations in the creation of these companies. What makes the creator of micro begun by origin African and living in the region Nord-Pas-de-Calais? Whom is she(it)? Why does she(it) create? Has she(it) predispositions in the new business start-up? So many questions approached by our search(research) which wants analytical, qualitative and empirical. Our survey (investigation) concerned 50 migrant women native of Africa and living in Nord[1]Pas-de-Calais.
