Abstract: The main objective of this article consists, in the first place, in the analysis of the factors of development and territorial dynamics that characterize the wilaya of Blida, is to shed light on the socio-economic advantages as fundamental elements for the attractiveness and emergence of a pole of competitiveness. Secondly, the objective is to study the interactions in relational terms between enterprises (SMEs) and their territory of establishment, based on the main discriminating factors affecting the participatory dynamism of local SMEs in territorial development. Our exploratory study is based on a statistical survey of a sample of 110 agri-food companies located in the wilaya of Blida. It allowed us to specify the modes of process of territorial development. The data collected was also exploited on the basis of the binomial logistic model, whose main analysis results will enable us to identify the characteristics and specificities of local SMEs in the Blidean region.
