Abstract: In recent years, the subject of the valuation and controlling of intellectual capital has increasingly found its way into business research and practice. The change in jobs goes hand in hand with digitization. In the following, the topic “Influence of digitization on human capital” will be considered in particular. / In den letzten Jahren hat die Thematik der Bewertung und Steuerung des Intellektuellen Kapitals verstärkt Eingang in die betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung und Praxis gefunden. Aufgrund des Wandels von einer Industrie- hin zu einer Dienstleistungs- und Wissensgesellschaft. Mit der Digitalisierung geht der Wandel von Arbeitsplätzen einher. Die Arbeitsaufgaben werden sich rapide ändern, daher ist es notwendig mit den Veränderungen Schritt zu halten. Im Folgenden soll im Speziellen die Thematik „Einfluss der Digitalisierung auf das Humankapital“ betrachtet werden.
