Organisationsvarianten in der Sozialwirtschaft

Abstract: Der Beitrag beschreibt die Ergebnisse eine Studie von 164 Organisationen der Sozial- bzw. Gesundheitswirtschaft in Deutschland. Gegenstand der Untersuchung sind unterschiedlich große Ortsverbände der Caritas und Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) in ihren Aufbaustrukturen. Mit Caritas und AWO werden damit sowohl kirchliche als auch nicht-kirchliche Verbände berücksichtigt. Es bietet sich ein solider Einblick in die gesamte Sozialwirtschaft, da mit der Caritas auch der größte und mit der AWO ein kleinerer Anbieter berücksichtigt wird. Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf der Frage, inwiefern nahezu identische Rahmenbedingungen bei den Organisationen auch zu ähnlichen Aufbaustrukturen führen und insoweit strukturelle Homogenisierungsprozesse zu beobachten sind. Trans-Abstract: The following article describes the results of a study of 164 organizations in the social and health economy in Germany. The subject of the investigation are different sized local organizations of Caritas and Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) in their development structures. With Caritas and AWO, both church and non-church associations are taken into account. It offers a solid insight into the entire social economy, since Caritas is also the largest provider and AWO is a smaller provider.
