Green Entrepreneurship - Konzeptionalisierung eines Konfigurationsansatzes

Abstract: Dieser Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Green Entrepreneurship. Dem Konfigurationsansatz folgend wurde untersucht wie sich die Bereiche Green Entrepreneur, Strategie, Umwelt / Rahmenbedingungen und Struktur auf den Erfolg von GEUnternehmen auswirken. Von besonderem Interesse war die Zusammensetzung dieser verschiedenen Bereiche und deren Wechselwirkungen. Die Definitionen des Konzeptes GE und die Diskussion des Konfigurationsansatzes bilden die theoretische Grundlage. Als Datenbasis für den empirischen Teil wurden acht Unternehmen aus Österreich gewählt. Die Ergebnisse weisen eindeutig auf, dass die vier Bereiche und ihre Wechselwirkungen einen starken Einfluss auf den Erfolg von GE-Unternehmen haben. / This study focusses on the field of Green Entrepreneurship. Following the configuration approach, the effect of the domains entrepreneur, strategy, environment and structure on the success of green entrepreneurship companies was assessed. Important was the composition of the four domains and the interplay between one another. The definition of the green entrepreneurship concept and the discussion of the configuration approach serve as a theoretical foundation. The necessary data was collected within eight green companies in Austria. The findings reveal that the four domains and their interplay strongly influence the success of green enterprises.
