Abstract: The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in customer support has transformed how businesses interact with customers, promising enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. This paper presents a comprehensive framework for measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) of AI implementations in customer support using a data-driven approach. By integrating quantitative and qualitative metrics, we provide a robust methodology to evaluate the financial and operational impacts of AI solutions. Our analysis includes case studies from various industries, demonstrating the practical applications and benefits of AI in real-world customer support scenarios. The findings underscore the importance of leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize AI investments, and maximize organizational value.
