Abstract: The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the telecommunications sector has introduced groundbreaking advancements, particularly in customer service. AI-powered chatbots have emerged as vital tools for enhancing the accessibility of telecom services, especially for individuals with disabilities. This paper delves into the transformative potential of AI-powered chatbots, examining their role in making telecom services more inclusive and highlighting their social benefits. Through a detailed analysis of current technologies, case studies, and future prospects, we explore how these chat bots can bridge the accessibility gap, ensuring that all customers, regardless of their abilities, can equally benefit from telecom services.
