Benefits and challenges of using AI in heritage education

Abstract: Introduction: This research analyzes the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in heritage education between 2019 and 2022, focusing on its benefits and challenges. Methodology: A bibliometric methodology combining quantitative and qualitative techniques is employed, using databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The search strategy focuses on key terms such as AI, heritage education, benefits, and challenges. The data is processed with tools such as Bibliometrix and VOSviewer to identify trends, collaborative networks, and emerging themes. Results: The study provides a structured overview of the field, highlighting research gaps and future opportunities.
