Abstract:
One of the most important edges in our nursing career is to understand that in order to achieve a good care to the subject of attention, it is necessary to apply justified knowledge. Nursing thus becomes a continuous learning process where the benefit will always be for the patient. This paper presents the development of the planning of an intervention project that aims to build a technical skills workshop for nurses entering a health institution graduated in periods 2020-2021 in a private sanatorium in the city of Rosario in September 2024. The intervention consists of an activity in workshop format with the participation of these new nurses and with actors belonging to the institution. It will have a quarterly duration and will contain 6 meetings of 2 hours (120 minutes) of duration and a fortnightly frequency. As a result of this project, it is expected that 83% of the nurses (6) will have the fundamentals and tools for patient care, since during the pandemic period they have had to study virtually and without meetings to strengthen nursing techniques
