Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment in employees of the sales area in the hydrocarbons company in Ancón-2019, the research is correlational and its design is non-experimental. cross section, the abbreviated scale of quality of work life, was applied for the CVL variable, said instrument is made up of 5 dimensions and for the CO variable the Meyer and Allen organizational commitment, having 3 dimensions as structure.
