Abstract: Introduction: the formation and development of the squares should be conditioned for political and strategies of the organization. The public health, needs that the preparation and the development of their directive are in function of responding to the necessities of the plans, programs and national strategies of health. Objective: to implement a didactic pamphlet that he/she responds to the necessity of training of the squares and reservations in the Cuban medical mission in Venezuela, state of Bolivar. Development: the present investigation, takes like methodological base of the scientific knowledge, to the dialectical-materialistic method serving from base to the objective character of the inquiry process científica.La validation and implementation of the pamphlet like didactic tool to use in the courses and training of squares and reservations, approach was obtained of good for 93,2% of the total of experts. Conclusions: with their implementation a logical order of the actions that requires the preparation of the educational ones that you/they impart the training of the squares and reservations in the Cuban medical mission in Venezuela, state of Bolivar starting from the foundations and approaches emitted by the indexed investigators, settled down as well as the amplification of essential components of the knowledge that you contextualizan in the current realities
